Once the purchase is made, you will receive confirmation of your order with an order number. Your order should then be with you in due time.
Collect At The Store
If you don’t want your items to be delivered to your home and want to collect it from the store. Simply select the option “collect from store”. We will prepare your order and wait for you to collect your package. Bring your order number with you to collect your items.

Making a Purchase
Once you add an item to your Shopping Bag, choose from a number of delivery and payment options.
Items remain in your Shopping Bag for at least 24 hours to facilitate a seamless shopping experience.
Do I need to register to shop online with Dunnes Stores?
Shoppers do not need to register for a Universal Caribbean Shop account to be able to shop and buy items online. Instead, they can avail of our Guest checkout. There are a number of benefits to opening a UniversalCaribbeanShop.com account, including access to your Order History, Order Status, address book, and saved payment cards.
What happens if I change my delivery country?
If you change the delivery country while shopping on the website, prices and delivery fees may adjust depending on the currency being used (Euro or GBP). Once an order has been completed, the delivery country cannot be changed.
What do I do if an item goes out of stock after I've ordered and paid for it?
If we are unable to fulfil any item(s) in a customer’s order, we will advise of this by email. Customers will not be charged for any items that we are unable to ship to them.
Is it possible to make any changes to an order once placed?
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, so unfortunately we cannot change order details, the items ordered or the delivery method once the order has been placed.
I have ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?
Customers that have ordered a large number of items may be sent multiple parcels but they will be dispatched at the same time.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do next?
If an item in your order has been damaged in transit, please email the Customer Service team as soon as possible with the order number and please also send a photo of the damaged item to customerservice@.com.
If an item is missing from an order, check your order confirmation email or review your order in your online account. If we are not able to fulfill all or part of your order, we will advise you about this in an Order Update email and you will not be charged for any item we are unable to send you. If you paid using a credit or debit card you will not be charged for the item(s) that could not be sent and any shadow charge relating to the order will drop off your account in 5 to 7 days.
